If your cables are intact but the camera is still going out, there are three possible issues you'll want to check:

(1) It's possible your power supply is going bad, or that the outlet it's plugged into is giving it uneven power. Try plugging the camera into a different outlet, and also try swapping the power supplies (just take the supply that came with the camera to Radio Shack or another store like that and they should be able to sell you a replacement with the same output).

(2) It's also possible that the video input on your DVR is going bad. You can test this by plugging the camera into a different video input on the DVR itself, or by bypassing the DVR all together and running it directly into a monitor. If the problem is with the DVR, the camera will work fine and the input it was previously plugged into will continue to show issues.

(3) If you try the tests above and are still having problems, then chances are that something is internally wrong with the camera, and it will need to be examined by your installer or the manufacturer to diagnose what's wrong.

Hope that helps!
