I HAVE 2 CCTV 550 LOR DAY NIGHT CAMERAS AND THEY BOTH ARE SHOWING A WHIE LIGHT BUT ONLY AT NIGHT COULD THE AGC BE CAUSING THE PROBLEM Enter code here Please note, although no boardcode and smiley buttons are shown, they are still useable

Are you using IR or non-IR cameras?

If IR, then it's possible what you're seeing is the infrared light reflecting off of something very close to the camera (like a plant or sidewalk), causing the whiteout you're seeing. If non-IR, then it is possible that the AGC could be the culprit, otherwise you may also want to adjust the brightness or night mode settings on your DVR, if there are any.
