I just tried googling both of those parts numbers, no luck. Given that they were made in China, and that the parts numbers apparently aren't cataloged anywhere that's accessible to us, I'd be very surprised if you were able to find any information on that system from any source. Chances are it was purchased from a bargain-basement online source (such as eBay) or a brick and mortar retailer like Sam's Club or Radio Shack.

That said, if you're having problems with that DVR, it's probably going to be your best bet just to replace the whole thing with a new model, there won't be any support that you can find without knowing where it came from (and even then chances are none was ever offered), and any repairs would probably necessitate sending the whole thing back to China, which is just more trouble than a system like that is worth. Upgrading to a high resolution, professional grade system like our Pro V\RT would definitely save you this kind of trouble in the future, not only because they're much higher quality, but also because they include lifetime tech support. You can see the V\RT here: http://www.cctvwholesalers.com/product.php?productid=16741&cat=259&page=1
