Try plugging the camera into another channel on the DVR that you know is functional. If the line disappears then the problem is with that channel on the DVR, if it stays then the problem is with the camera, cable, or power supply.
To test those, try swapping the camera around to other positions in your system (with other cameras' cables and supplies) to see if you can find where the green line seems to be coming from. If you get the green line regardless of how the camera is plugged in, it's the camera. Similarly, if you get the green line whenever you use that camera's cable or power supply, then that part would be the problem. Once you've diagnosed what's wrong, it's really just a matter of replacing the faulty part.
